Shady service, not for western travellers

Many men hanging out at the lobby (made daughter uncomfortable with all of them staring), none offering to help. Finally found someone with a key who let us in. View was great but room left a lot to hope for. Stains on sheets, broken parts, only two towels for three people. Cash payment only, got no receipt despite asking many times and got a cancellation on booking.com the next morning so that I could not leave a review. Decided to cancel my second booking. Avoid. There are much better places to stay at within this price range.

A good place for family of 4. However the bed is quite dusty. For those with sensitive skin you might want to avoid this room. Overall a great stay. Due to there's a shopping mall merge with the hotel. So you won't go hungry🙂. And some Mall are all nearby just a walking distance to the mall. So shopping is great here.👍🏻

On the plus side: Very large space and comfy bed in secure blg. The mall is downstairs and everthing avaliable. If you have children there's lots of space and they can be noisy without issues. Accessibility is good except in shower if using wheelchair. Big bath tub. On the negative: This is a private set up so any services are not available. Very dependant on the person who meets at arrival. You must pay in cash and provide a 200RM key deposit. The apartment had so many different coloured painted walls it was nauseating. The fridge wasn't working so food spoiled. Toilet hose exploded in my face and very lucky not to have sustained injury. As there are no on site staff it feels very much alone. Apparently my unit will be refurbished so I asked why I got such a crap unit. English not strong with those charged with your care. No hand towels or face washers and toilet paper minimal and no back up. Everything needed good clean. Rotting yogurt in fridge. Check out pic of toothbrush glass.
